And so much of that time the things that are taking up our brain space are not really that important, or shouldn't be taking space from important items that will drive our business and that we need to complete in our personal lives

In this episode, the I am sharing a piece of wisdom that she learned from one of her clients, which is to treat every decision as either a "yes" or a "no" and eliminate "maybes". And the most amazing thing is that this can be applied to both personal life and business, making things clear and helping with decision-making.

I share an exercise that I recently learned which will help you keep your eyes on what needs to happen and what is important, it will help you get straight
